deer population here in ohio, (guess that would explain the labbat blue comercials huh lol).. Anyways With the deer here in ohio, I understand they would be miserable starving, and diseased if we dind't keep the numbers down. Granted it is are fault they can't flourish in this world we created, that being already done,it is something necessary to keep them from suffering.. Something to be done in their service, Kinda like putting a dog down, or taking an elderly person off life support. However, none of the above IMHO should be looked apon with joy or as a sport. It can be equated to A laugh happy vetrenarian or a ear to ear grining kavorkian. I can understand then the need to hunt bears in canada if that is the case, just not the joy to do it. What it comes down to is: Would you hunt them anyways even if they weren't over populated, And is their overpopulation just an excuse to rationalize your actions.. Or is your hunting done strictly in the service of the animals, and the best interest of the public. Most hunters will fall into one of those two categories. I apologize If I misunderstood you in anyway. I understand Diversity is what makes this world around. I also understand that one day my dog is gonna need put down like my last one.. I could never be the one to do this.. I just hope the person who does will do it without a smile and cheers.... Peace
